IFG Fund Administration (IOM) Limited is one of the leading fund administration companies on the Isle of Man and is licensed by the Financial Services Commission of the Isle of Man.
CUSTODIAN
Premier funds have appointed well respected institutions responsible for the safe keeping of all investment moneys and assets of the funds:

- BNP Paribas Trust Company (Guernsey) Limited
- Collins Stewart (CI) Limited
AUDITORS
There is a legal requirement for collective investment schemes, together with managers and trustees, to be audited. Auditors of Specialist, Qualifying and Qualifying type Experienced Investor Funds must report to the IOM regulatory body, the FSC, within six months of the year end, to confirm that the company is in compliance with the relevant regulatory codes. The various Premier funds are independently audited by either Ernst & Young or Deloitte & Touche and copies of audited accounts are available upon request.
